Hark is a place for people who appreciate beautiful design, exceptional craftsmanship and being part of a friendly community.

The design of each Hark residence evokes classic Australian modernist design with a focus on materials, light and views. These are elegantly crafted homes with subtle elements, balancing Australian design with touches of a contemporary Scandinavian aesthetic. A sophisticated and neutral palette of greys and timber accents across three colour schemes complements the bold geometric contours and the emphasis on light and space in the living and mezzanine areas. In conceiving spacious homes, DKO considered the many different ways that people use a space.

The result is architecture that offers multiple living options and provides the possibility of true flexibility and personalisation.
